Depending on the form, this may include your name, phone number, email address, requested date and time, party size, occasion, pickup location and trip details, and any message you write. If you apply for employment through our Join the Team page, we also collect your age, social media links, the position you are applying for, and any photograph you choose to upload. If you join our VIP list, we collect your email address. With each submission we automatically record the date and time and the IP address it was sent from, which helps us prevent spam and abuse.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. It collects standard usage information such as pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location. Our contact, reservation, and transportation pages embed Google Maps, which operates under Google’s own privacy policies. We use a single cookie to remember that you have confirmed you are 21 or older so we do not have to ask on every visit; it expires after 30 days.
How we use your information. We use the information you submit solely to respond to you — to confirm a table reservation, answer a question, arrange transportation, add you to our VIP mailing list, or consider your employment application. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
Staff notifications. When you submit a form, an automated notification containing your submitted details is sent to our staff by email and by SMS text message to company-owned staff phones, so our team can respond promptly. These notifications go only to our own personnel.
Mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through this website are used only to contact you about your inquiry or reservation and to notify our own staff of your request. We do not send marketing text messages. For staff members enrolled in our internal SMS notification program: message frequency varies with website activity, and message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Who we share information with. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website on our behalf — our web hosting provider, our email provider (Google), and our SMS provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to deliver your submission to us. Employment applications. Information and photographs submitted with employment applications are used only to evaluate your application and are shared only with management involved in hiring. Applying does not create any obligation on either party.
